Connecting disciplines to employability & graduate outcome.
Our activities support the university’s four core strategic plans in
- Teaching and Learning,
- Community Engagement,
- Internationalisation,
- and Research.
Careers Central @ UOW has three main client groups
- the students,
- the organisations and employers who employ our students and graduates,
- and the staff working on our campuses.
Over many years we have partnered with various faculties, departments and units, and individual staff - to provide services, programs and resources which meet their needs and the needs of our students.
A major area of our activity is helping academic and general staff see the connections between disciplines and employability strategies and positive graduate outcomes (such as further study and graduate employment).

We provide services to all UOW campuses and networked campuses down the South Coast, the Highlands and up into Loftus and Sydney.
