Job Specification: Macquarie Group is seeking talented and ambitious students who are keen to join our Technology Division as summer interns commencing November 2012. This is a unique opportunity for motivated individuals who want to gain valuable paid full time work experience over the 2012/13 summer break. Macquarie is a dynamic global company with highly sophisticated IT needs. Our Technology Division is responsible for management of our global technology infrastructure, the support and development of our existing business systems and the delivery and deployment of new systems, technologies and services in our fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Within our Technology Division you may have opportunities to engage in a broad range of roles including: software development, testing, operations support, database administration, network security analysis and engineering services technology. We look for students from a broad range of disciplines including: computer science, engineering (all disciplines), information technology, information systems, maths, physics, sciences and combined degrees such as business/information technology.
