Job Specification: Working closely with our experienced HR Team, and reporting to the HR Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently graduated and wants to get practical experience across a wide range of HR functions.

Duties/responsibilities will include the following: - Recruitment assistance -Coordination of Employment Contracts -Coordination of Employee Induction -Assist with Training and Development of new and existing staff -Coordinate HR activities -Identify HR opportunities and develop plans to improve -Assist with Awards and Employee Benefits programs -Ensure a safe working environment -Help draft advertisement, position descriptions, letter of offer, coordinate internal/external advertising and support other recruitment activities -Support the enterprise agreement process -Provide administrative assistance to HR team members with special projects -General administrative duties such as filing, copying, processing invoices
Essential Skills: We are seeking recent graduates with a Business/HR degree who can demonstrate the following: -Strong customer focus -Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail -Well-rounded high achiever -Resilience, flexibility and adaptability; -The potential to inspire others, lead and work in a high performing team; -Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills; and -Most important of all, have a genuine interest in HR!
