Job Title: Media Assistant
Job Specification:

• Reviewing Media Monitors articles by month and LGA and preparing graphs and monthly tables for monthly media meetings.
• Attendance at and administration of monthly media meetings, including preparation of agendas and documenting and distributing minutes to team members.
• Review of event media plans and assistance in the preparation of media releases for Call To Arms, Daffodil Day, Australia's Biggest Morning Tea and Girls Night In.
• Assist with the coordination of event media launches and coordination of media attendance at these events.
• Support of Relay for Life committees (media coordinator roles) across the region's 8 Relay for Life events as and when required.
• Developing and distributing media kits as and when required.
• Ensuring photo frames in the foyer are kept up to date with latest media coverage.
• Ensuring media releases are uploaded on the Southern Regional website on a monthly basis.
• Maintaining a hard copy of all work performed.
• Weekly progress meetings with Community Relations Co- ordinator.
