Job Specification: - Assisting Volunteer Launch Manager in coordinating the official
VIP launch, including sourcing venue, coordinating invitations and RSVPs, catering, theming, budgeting,
media, guest speakers and preparation of running sheet (late April).
- Assisting CRC in marketing
and promotion of Australia's Biggest Morning Tea in Southern Regional NSW including placement of radio and
print filler ads, brochure placement and sandwich bag placement into local cafes (April/May).

Working cooperatively with a team of volunteers.
- Coordinating placement of promotional items
(April).
- Weekly progress meetings with Community Relations Co-ordinator and/or Volunteer Launch
Manager.
