Job Title: Graduate Software Support Analyst $45K
Job Specification: Adept Business Systems (www.adept.com.au) develop, tailor, sell and
service a compelling suite of advanced software applications, including solutions for ERP, registered clubs and
management and sales of commercial property. We have over 20 years of expertise across a diverse range of
industries and an outstanding reputation for excellence in customer service. As a Software Support Analyst,
you will: - Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of Adept's software applications and services
- Apply this knowledge and your proven ability to research, diagnose and solve problems to provide
timely problem resolution services to clients through helpdesk and other services
- Liaise with R&D and
professional services staff to ensure successful customer adoption of service packs and hotfixes

Maintain and update our web-based knowledge base to promote delivery of self-service offerings to our
customers
- Assist in the delivery of education services to new and existing customers
- Build your
skills in preparation for a future move into consulting, sales or product development.
Essential Skills: You should have: A recently completed undergraduate or postgraduate
degree (any discipline, preferably with an IT or business component) Outstanding written and verbal
communication skills Strong attention to detail combined with thoroughness of method
