Job Specification: Ushers/ground staff: responsibilities include preparation of site, crowd control, ticket scanning, ushering, general information, cleaning and maintenance of site; and ice-cream sales.

Bar staff: this is a fast paced, high-end bar and requires well groomed, articulate and efficient bartender

Wait Staff: providing service to corporate clients in the Sponsor Lounge.
Essential Skills:

Ushers/ground staff: excellent communication & customer service essential

Bar staff: RSA and bar experience essential.

Wait staff: Must be well presented, have a bubbly personality, discretion and table service experience. Must also hold current RSA certificate.

Additional Info: Situated on the most beautiful harbour in the world, the St.George OpenAir Cinema offers nightly screenings of first class films on a three storey high screen. This exciting event runs from 12 January until 20 February 2010 (some staff will be required before and after these dates). Shifts start from 5pm and finish between 8:30pm and midnight depending on the position. We are offering positions to dedicated, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are experienced in customer service. You will be neat in appearance, outgoing, have a sense of humour, be able to work unsupervised and in a team. Above all, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills. Each role is integral to the event's success and we rely on the dedication and enthusiasm of the staff to help keep St.George OpenAir Cinema a memorable experience for one and all.

Work Arrangements: - Casual - January 12 - February 20; 4-7 shifts per week.
