- Demonstrated

- Understanding of the NSW State Regulation Centre Based Care 2004
- Prior
experience participating in the Quality Improvement Accreditation Process
- Demonstrated knowledge of
the Child Protection Act 1998 and OHS legislation
- Emergent Curriculum or NSW Curriculum Framework
understanding and experience
- Proven ability to lead an effective team
- Excellent
communication skills
- Excellent administration, organisational and time management skills

- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with
families.
Desirable Skills:
Additional Info: Al Zahra College is a Candidate PYP School and an Interested MYP
School (with Year 7 commencing in 2010) The Preschool/Long Day Care Centre commenced in 2009. Te PYP
Early Years Program will be implemented in the Preschool in 2010.
