Job Title: Bilingual Community Educators
Job Specification: The NSW Refugee Health Service is seeking new Bilingual Community Educators (BCEs) to add to their existing pool. We are specifically recruiting for the following languages: Arabic, Assyrian, Dinka, Juba Arabic, Dari, Burmese, Karen, Kirundi and Swahili. Successful applicants will be trained in delivering health information sessions to newly arrived refugees.

Successful applicants will be employed as sessional workers on a contractual basis. The Refugee Health Service endeavours to engage all BCEs in many other programs such as Nutrition, Women's Health project, running focus groups and resource development.

Closing date for applications is close of business Monday the 16th of November 2009.
