The role of paralegal is to assist the legal team with their day to day management of major construction contracts and liaising with management and the legal team in relation to different administrative and legal aspects of construction. The paralegal will be required to assist in matters across multiple business units and project with in Bovis Lend Lease. Training in drafting contracts will be provided.

This role will also involve providing assistance to the legal counsel in dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist legal counsel in drafting and managing major construction contracts;
• Provide assistance in researching legal issues affecting construction contracts and disputes;
• Provide administrative assistance to the General Counsel and the legal team;
• Assist the legal team in the management of disputes; This is an ideal entry level legal role for an enthusiastic new graduate that provides the ability to develop a career in Lend Lease.
