Reporting to the Site Mechanical Engineering Manager - Bathurst, the successful applicant will play a crucial role in delivering key projects with minimum disruption to plant and operations.

The key focus of this role is on Project Management and gaining stakeholder buy-in ensuring that different areas of the business are appropriately involved. In this role you will define, raise and implement value-for-money projects to ensure business objectives are achieved through the efficient development of the manufacturing facility. You will be involved in all stages of the project, from design through to its handover.

This position also involves on-going technical support to operations.

The successful candidate will possess a strong aptitude in both mechanical engineering and project management. Experience in food processing & packaging would be advantageous.

You will have a Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma, and ideally you will be a post-graduate with demonstrated experience in a similar role. You will have a strong customer focus with well developed planning and problem solving skills.
