Job Specification: Our Graduate Program provides the best possible foundation for your
career in the food, in particular meat, industry. During your structured two year development Program you will
have ongoing coaching and mentoring from industry experts and leaders, quarterly development and
networking functions, and exposure to all facets of the business. Our current graduates will also be available to
share their insights and experiences with you.
The cornerstone of our Program is the invaluable time
you will spend rotating across the business. Ranging from the feedlots and processing facilities to our Head
Office based in Ipswich QLD, the rotations give you first hand experience in the many areas of a successful
multinational company. In addition to this you will also be involved in various research and development
projects that will allow you to showcase your talents and abilities.
