Job Specification: Student Marketing Australia (SMA) is Australia's largest youth marketing
agency. SMA employs 300+ university students each year to work in teams running creative, challenging and
professional marketing campaigns on their own campus.
Essential Skills: Do you want paid work experience while conveniently working on campus
during O-Week 2010? Do you want to work for iconic brands such as Apple, Optus and Commonwealth Bank?
If so, then this job is for you! It doesn't matter what degree you are studying as long as you are outgoing,
organised, creative, reliable, enthusiastic, like working in teams and are keen for a challenge! All our positions
are paid at an above award rate of $18.50 per hour, and campaigns run for the first few weeks of semester.
Each campaign includes paid training which covers topics like project management, marketing planning and
communication skills. Top staff receive a written reference for their CV and opportunities to earn bonuses.
