Job Specification: As a Trainer/Applications Specialist, you will: - Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of Adept’s software applications - Develop and deliver new training workshops to teach customers the new functionalities within the applications - Maintain a web based knowledgebase for internet access by users and customers - Offer consulting services, including custom- developed education - Liaise with other members of our professional services team and R&D staff
Essential Skills: You should have: - A passion to learn and teach new skills - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (any discipline) - Strong attention to detail combined with thoroughness of method.
Desirable Skills: At least 2 years experience in an IT education environment
