Job Title: Financial Software - Business Analysts x 3 and a project Manager is required.
Job Specification: Designing IT solutions is working with a large financial client in the Wollongong area A number of Technical Business Analysts and a project manger are required to work with us on a contract basis only. We can offer 6 months to 2 years of work. longer term prospects are possible going forward
Essential Skills: For the technical business Analysts - You need to have worked defining business processes using a formal method like UML 'use cases' for at least 3 years. For the project manager - you have managed software application delivery projects in the past from inception to final acceptance. Full SDLC delivery experience is required.
Desirable Skills: Previous exposure to 'Funds management operational services' would be well regarded. Previous exposure to 'Funds management applications such as 'Composer' or 'Talisman' would be well regarded. ER data modeling experience in a financial services area would be well regarded. Any prior DBA or programming experience would be well regarded
Additional Info: Fast learners and able to discern the core functional requirements in complex financial environments, then build a straw-man of requirements to be worked through and then agreed with the business and delivered. Team players and able to contribute with good written and verbal skills. Good diplomatic skills in working with the business and constructing outcomes in tight timeframes.
