Essential Skills: In this newly created role you will be working with a team of Product Managers supporting our business throughout Australia and New Zealand. Your main focus will be to provide technical support to our team of sales engineers.
Desirable Skills: Key Responsibilities include: * Providing level two technical support to customers and sales staff *Assisting in providing appropriate training to the national sales force to enable them to effectively sell the range of Phoenix Contact products *Assisting sales teams in major technical quotes and specifications *Developing technical knowledge and adding to existing knowledge base *Maintaining a register of calls and product issues *Liaising with product support staff in Germany *Researching and evaluating market intelligence This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a global manufacturing organisation working with the latest in technologies.
