Job Title: Volunteer Recruitment Position
Job Specification: We require volunteers to help build up a recruitment unit. The recruitment unit will be in charge of ensuring that other areas within the organization have the correct number of volunteers. The following positions are required: 1 x IC This person is in charge of the following: • Manage the organisation’s recruitment plan • Delegate task to the recruiting team • Maintain a recruitment database • Report to the committee on results 4 x Recruiters • Recruit volunteers • Report to IC on tasks and targets
Essential Skills: Enthusiasm and a passion for refugee issues and good language skills.
Desirable Skills:
