Job Specification: The Graduate Development Programme runs for 11 months and includes an extensive learning and development programme combined with on-the-job training. A key feature of the learning and development programme is the opportunity to complete a Diploma in Government and several electives from the Commission’s public programme learning and development calendar. In addition to undertaking this training graduates have the opportunity to participate in the Commission’s internal learning and development programme.
