Essential Skills: To be considered for this program we are looking for Graduates who demonstrate: Completion of their degree by the end of 2008 in either Chemical or Process Engineering (recent Graduates with 1 - 2 years work experience will also be well considered.); Clear communication skills, both written and spoken; Strong teamwork and collaborative skills; Leadership experience; Interest in learning from others yet adding value at the same time; Full working rights in Australia at the time of application.
