Job Specification: The ABL Graduate Program is a two and a half year program offering graduates a range of diverse real life projects. From day one you will be contributing to the cement and manufacturing process and working within a culture focused on continuous improvement. The program offers graduates the opportunity to experience and to develop themselves within their discipline. Graduates will be involved in set tasks and projects for the duration of the program which involves 6 month rotations at different sites and divisions of the business all around Australia. Not only will graduates be challenged with meaningful work within their discipline, but have the chance to learn and develop their skills in other functions of the business which including Sales and Marketing, IT, Health, Safety and the Environment, Operations and Human Resources.
