Job Specification: The Northern Territory is seeking teachers to fill a range positions in schools. There is particular demand in remote parts of the Territory, which often have schools with only one or two teachers. Positions such as these are a great opportunity for teachers to step up to the role of principal and gain experience that will help to fast track their careers.

Many of the communities have only a couple of hundred people living a very traditional lifestyle, with a single teacher in charge of a dozen or so kids – most of whom speak English as a second (or third, or even fourth) language.
