Career Counselling
This free service is available to any student of the university. Appointments – where you sit down and discuss your career thinking, and what you might do during and after your studies – can last for up to an hour.
Often the discussion will focus around a career direction, and the things you can do to increase your employability and/or chances of securing that career.
If your query is more about the logistics and regulations of choosing subjects/majors then this is better handled by the Faculty – but if it is looking to identify a career direction and therefore what study plans fit this direction – then this is the kind of conversation we can assist with.
Prior to making an appointment it is worth checking out the My Future website, as it contains great info on careers and career decision making (within the 'My Guide' section).
Contact Us and phone (02 42 21 3325) to book a time which suits.
