Your performance in the written job application gets you an interview, but it’s at the job interview that the major decision is made as to the most suitable applicant for a position. It’s how you promote yourself at interview that gets you the job.

Despite feelings to the contrary, be aware that nearly all aspects of the job interview process are under your control.


Preparation and practice are the keys to a good interview performance.
