Let Careers Central - put their knowledge to work - for you
At UOW Careers Central we can connect you with all students on campus (all 22,000+ of them) via our extensive networks. We can connect you with student societies, with academics, and a wide variety of advertising mediums on campus … and of course through our own student networks; for example our monthly e-newsletter which is sent to 18,000+ students and our JobSeekers database.
Our Careers Central website connects students to opportunities and connects employers to student talent. It enjoys significant traffic throughout the year, e.g.: in March 2009, the week of our Careers Fair, we had 5,200+ hits to our main portal (2,000+ of them were by unique visitors!) In the period from mid September 2009 to- mid October 2009 we had 11,000+ hits in total (5,000+ of them were unique visitors).

Autumn Careers Fair
Imagine a venue for a Careers Fair where you can park, unload your gear, set up and be fed and watered all in the one venue. Well in 2010 – we have it at the new SportsHub.
We’ve listened to your feedback over the years – and have secured a fantastic new space. We know how important ease of parking is to our employer guests on campus. We are sure you will enjoy the amenity of our new Careers Fair venue.
So remember, do NOT turn up at the UniHall this time! Enter via the first roundabout and proceed past the Recreation & Aquatic Centre – and turn right towards the SportsHub –
your new venue.
