2006 Student Presentations
| The 2006 Graduate Attributes Challenge
culminated with team presentations, a poster display
and the prize giving on Monday, 14th August in the UniCentre
function centre.
The awards were presented to:
- Best Poster Display: Informatics Team
C
- Best Presentation: Human Resource Management
Team
- Best Written Report: Law Team
A special mention award was presented to the Accounting
and Finance Team B for their international
perspective on the Graduate Attributes.
All students who participated in the challenge said
they had gained:
- valuable information about employer expectations
of graduates;
- knowledge on how to increase their own employability
skills;
- confidence in knowing what skills and knowledge
they have to offer employers;
- confidence in dealing with employers; and
- awareness of the importance and relevance of the
UOW Graduate Attributes.
