March 2008 - Job Advertisements

One of the projects the CS Interns will be working on during 2008 is finding vacant positions which may be of interest to the students at UOW and placing them on the Careers website under “My JobBoard”. The focus for March and April will be on Graduate Programs, as many organisations are currently recruiting for graduates.

Later in the year the focus for the CS Interns will be on Vacation Work and Work Experience available within various organisations.

The CS Interns are required to work in pairs and come into the Careers Service office for one hour every Tuesday. By performing this task they are learning valuable job search and research skills, plus the ability to understand the types of jobs our students are looking for.
