Wollongong CampusServices Provided

  • Carpentry, Joinery and General Building Maintenance
  • Plumbing Maintenance
  • Water distribution across Campus including fire service water and fire hydrants.
  • Sewerage disposal services across Campus including grease arrestors and dilution pits.
  • Stormwater services across Campus including all roofs and downpipes.
  • Natural Gas distribution across Campus.
  • Electrical Maintenance
  • Fixed electrical services within the University system. This includes all lighting within buildings and external Security Lighting (including carparks).
  • All Power distribution to fixed equipment and up to the outlet point (power outlet).
  • Electronic Fire Protection system including early warning systems.
  • Air conditioning and Mechanical Services.
  • Painting Maintenance.
  • Lift and Fire Alarm.
  • Corrective Maintenance.
    Corrective Maintenance involves the repair of something which has already failed or is broken and is usually carried out following a request for maintenance to be done.
  • Preventive Maintenance.
    Preventive Maintenance is routine servicing and replacement that is intended to prevent the failure of critical items e.g. refrigeration, fire alarms etc.
