Services provided:

• New Buildings.
• Replacement & Upgrades to Campus Infrastructure (e.g. Electricity, Gas, Water, Drainage, Telecommunications, Roads, Carparks).
• Refurbishment & Alterations of Existing Buildings (Advice, Options, Planning, Budgets & Project Management).
• Development Approvals & Liaison with Regulatory Authorities.
• Maintain Drawing Register (e.g. Floor Plans, Building Plans, Site Infrastructure).

The Construction Department manages capital and minor works for all the University sites, including the main campus, residential colleges and new developments.
