Construction Services

Services provided:

• New buildings.
• Replacement and upgrades to Campus infrastructure (e.g. electricity, gas, water, drainage, telecommunications, roads and carparks).
• Refurbishment and alterations of existing buildings (advice, options, planning, budgets and project management).
• Development Approvals and liaison with regulatory authorities.
• Maintain drawing register (e.g. floor plans, building plans, site infrastructure).

The Construction Department manages capital and minor works for all the University sites, including the main campus, residential colleges and new developments.
