Academic Services Division

Academic Services Division (ASD) provides services, programs, products and resources that support UOW staff and students and foster innovative teaching and learning, to enhance University wide educational practice.

ASD's Focus on Learning facilitates student transition into the university learning environment, with attention to the student learning experience, student progress and retention, Graduate Qualities and graduate outcomes.

ASD's Focus on Teaching builds institutional teaching capacity throughout the academic life cycle from induction to promotion and supports institutional e-learning capacity as an integral component of the UOW teaching and learning environment.

Services, programs and resources are designed and delivered in collaboration with faculties and other university staff.

ASD works closely with Library, Dean of Students, Woolyungah Indigenous Centre and Planning and Quality.

ASD comprises the following units servicing all campuses:
