Graham Barwell

BA (Hons) MLitt (Otago), PhD (UNSW)

Graham teaches in the English Studies and Communication and Cultural Studies Programs of the faculty with particular interests in

  • Chaucer

  • Re-readings of medieval texts and life in the modern period

  • Renaissance English literary culture

  • Electronic culture and communication

  • Electronic editing and publishing

  • Regulation of culture

Research

Graham has research interests in electronic culture and communication; electronic editing and publishing including the Academy Electronic Editions project and the preparation of electronic conference proceedings; renaissance English literary culture, particularly Ben Jonson and his circle and John Donne; medieval Icelandic literary culture.

Publications

Electronic editing and publishing; electronic culture and regulation; medieval studies and manuscripts in Australia.
