Bachelor of Arts (Honours)

What is Honours?

Honours is an ‘add-on’ program that students can complete for their undergraduate studies.   It is a 48 credit point study, consisting of 24 credit points of research thesis, and 24 credit points of coursework (subjects).   It acts as a bridge between undergraduate study and advanced research and can lead to postgraduate research studies.

Why do Honours?

An Honours year can provide students with a competitive edge in your chosen profession.  It also provides a gateway for postgraduate research programs if you wish to pursue a Masters by Research or PhD in the future.
