About Us
The Faculty of Arts is comprised of three Schools: English Literatures & Philosophy; History and Politics; and Social Sciences, Media and Communication and has recently established a Language Centre. The Faculty of Arts is committed to the pursuit of research excellence and distinctiveness within a diverse range of humanities and social sciences. Our research focus includes the Centre of Asia Pacific Social Transformation Studies (CAPSTRANS). The Faculty of Arts is internationally regarded for excellence in teaching and research in Australian, Asian, Post-Colonial and Communications studies.
