Registration
We welcome both members and non-members of the ASAA, academic staff, students, professionals and members of the public from overseas and Australia to attend the 16 th Biennial Conference of the ASAA.
All programme participants/presenters will need to register and pay to attend the conference by the 29 April 2006.

Student Registration
To receive the student concession fee you must be a full-time student. When registering please send a copy of your student card as confirmation of your student status. Please fax a copy of your student card to the Conference Secretariat on 61 2 4221 8001.
Registration at the Conference
The conference registration desk will be located in the foyer of University Hall, on the University of Wollongong Campus. The registration desk will be open from 2pm – 5pm on Sunday 25 June 2006 for those who arrive early and will remain open for the duration of the conference.
Registration Confirmation
Following receipt of your registration online an acknowledgement letter and a tax invoice will be forwarded to you. This letter will state your reference number. It would be helpful to the Conference Secretariat if you would quote your reference number on all correspondence to them.
Please note that for registrations received five working days prior to the Conference we will not send out confirmation letters and tax invoices. In these instances the tax invoice can be collected when you register at the Conference.
Payment of Fees
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and payments in any other currency will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
A refund of registration fee, less an administration charge of 70% of registration fee, will only be refunded by providing written notification to the Conference Secretariat of your cancellation prior to 28 April 2006. Refunds beyond this point will not be possible.
