Alicia Battestini is Artistic Director of Circus Monoxide. She has been with the company since 1998 in a variety of key roles. She trained as a performer/director and writer at New York University and Charles Sturt University in Bathurst.

Debra Iris Batton
Debra Iris Batton is the Artistic Director of Legs on the Wall. She has directed for Festival Melbourne 2006 and produced work for Australian Theatre for Young People, Legs On the Wall, Storm In A Tea Cup Dance Theatre and Magpie Theatre in Adelaide.
Ann Burbrook
Ann Burbrook’s career started as a classical ballet dancer before she moved into acting. She has worked extensively in the performing arts for the last 21 years as a performer, director and theatre administrator.
Gerry Turcotte
Gerry Turcotte is a poet and novelist. He is currently Head of the School of English Literatures, Philosophy and Languages at the University of Wollongong. He is the author of Flying in Silence and Border Crossings: Words & Images.

Annie Werner
Annie Werner is a PhD candidate in the School of English Literature, Philosophy and Languages at the University of Wollongong. Her thesis examines representations of Indigenous tattooing in colonial and postcolonial literature from the Pacific and North America. Annie is currently working on an article exploring the resurgence of traditional tattooing in the Indigenous community in Haidia Gwaii, British Columbia.
