Assignment Submission & CollectionSubmission: Assignments are to be submitted by 4pm on the due dates as specified in the subject outline. Penalties apply for late submission. Submission of assignments should be as outlined in the subject outline. Assignments must have a coversheet. Coversheets have a “tear-off” section, which provides a receipt for the submission of work. If the assignment is to be submitted at Arts Central, the assignment cover sheet must be date stamped. You should retain copies of all work submitted. Collection: During session student assignments can only be collected from the tutor/lecturer of your subject at your class, or by a pre-arrangement with your tutor/lecturer. At the end of session and after final grades are released, you will receive a SOLS message from the tutor/lecturer of the subject to confirm that assignments are marked and ready for collection from Arts Central. A list of available assignments is kept on the Arts Central counter and updated regularly. Assignments are available for collection at Arts Central after release of the final grades as follows: 10:30 – 12:30 pm 2:30 – 4:30 pm If you are unable to collect assignments during the allocated hours, you have the following options:
Assignments are kept until the end of week 3 of the following session. Any assignments not collected by this time will be disposed of. Student results cannot be provided over the phone. At all times it is the responsibility of the students to submit and collect his/her own assignments.
