Alumni Development Group (ADG)
Terms of Reference
The Alumni Development Group (ADG) is an advisory group to the Vice-Chancellor and shall:
- Provide strategic advice and support to enhance the University’s alumni program(s)
- Advise on current and new alumni programs and initiatives to meet specific strategic outcomes
- Provide funding to support alumni engagement activities. For full details on how to apply for funding, refer to Section 5 of the Alumni Network Handbook.
Membership
The ADG shall consist of:
- an academic staff representative
- a Chapter Liaison – Domestic
- a Chapter Liaison – International
- a young graduate representative
- a current student representative
- three/four alumni representatives appointed by the Vice-Chancellor
- the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & International) (ex-officio)
- Manager, Development, Alumni & Community (ex-officio)
- the Alumni Relations Manager (ex-officio)
