The Arts Chapter is currently running a

Required for Graduation Ceremonies
Nearly 1500 students will be graduating over six ceremonies between
12 and 14 July. Graduation volunteers are required at each ceremony to help
greet guests and hand out graduation booklets. For more information or to register

Public Lecture: Was Tyrannosaurus Rex an Endotherm?
The next ‘Uni in the Brewery’ lecture will be held on Wednesday 28
June at 5.30pm. Professor Thomas Madsen from the Faculty of Science will
discuss whether the Tyrannosaurus Rex was a warm-blooded creature. More information

to Alumni ‘Still Achieving’
The Alumni Network website will soon include a new ‘Still
Achieving’ section to showcase articles from graduates about career and
lifestyle issues. The Alumni Office is seeking contributions from graduates on
the topics of starting your own business, postgraduate study, work/life balance
and the benefits of volunteering. Email your contributions to the Alumni
Office.
The new Graduate School of Medicine will have its first intake of
students in January 2007. Applications from graduates who have valid results
from the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) or the Graduate Australian
Medical Schools Admissions Test (GAMSAT) must be received before 30 June 2006.
