Celebrating 30 years of International House
2010 marks the 30th year since International House became the University's first student residence! To celebrate, International House will be holding a number of events throughout next year to mark this special occasion, culminating in a reunion. We'd love to hear from all our UOW graduates who lived at International House, to share their stories from the early years or even the not so distant past. These stories will be posted on a special "Memories of I-House" page on the UOW website. Send us your memories of I-House to edwina@uow.edu.au. Career Ahead Speed interviewing program success!
In an ever-competitive job market graduates are working harder to make themselves stand out from the crowd – and at the Career Ahead mock interviews held last week 120 students did just that.
Around 40 graduates returned to UOW to take part in speed interviews – where the students moved around a station with eight alumni, and had a limited amount of time to answer a question from each person. Full story on Career Ahead.
