Calling all Teachers!!
John Redfearn is a retired teacher who is working with two year ten pupils from Tumbi High on the Central Coast to put together a book that brings together amusing stories from the classroom. They are trying to get in contact with every teacher in the state to encourage teachers to send in their stories. They plan to edit (and where appropriate illustrate) these stories and put them into a book, which will be published and sold. All proceeds from the sale will go to Stewart House, a facility located at Curl Curl (on the northern beaches of Sydney) which helps families who are experiencing difficult times.
If you have an amusing story from the classroom, or a story with an inspirational or poignant flavour, please get in touch with John at laughter.still.the.best.medicine@hotmail.com
