UOW Living Is On The Rise

UOW Living is expanding to provide more support to students seeking supportive, secure accommodation. The first residence will open in 2017, and will integrate the existing Graduate House with the new building comprising an additional 254 beds to form a new and vibrant student community.

Located on Northfields Avenue, adjacent to the existing Graduate House and just across the road from the main campus, this residence will feature modern facilities, landscaped outdoor communal areas, recreation areas, study and meeting facilities.

This student community will be suitable for mature age and post graduate students along with families.

The units will be a mix of single bed studios, double bed studios, two bed units and three bed units for families.  All units are self-catered and will have cooking and living facilities.

Students living in this community will benefit from the highly supportive wellbeing, social and cultural programs that are offered to all students living in residences, in addition to the convenient location and easy access to transport, convenience shops and other on campus facilities.

By 2018, the UOW Living portfolio will have more than 2500 beds available to students with the addition of 850 beds in the second new residence to be built adjacent to Kooloobong Village.

Applications for accommodation in 2017 are now open.
