CEO and Managing Director of ITC Limited

Mr Vince Lendrum

Vince Lendrum has held the position of CEO and Managing Director of ITC Limited, UOW's largest subsidiary, since January 2009. ITC is widely regarded as one of the most successful University controlled entities in Australia. As a member of the UOW Executive, Vince is responsible for all of ITC's operations which include the University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD), Wollongong College Australia (WCA), the International Film school Sydney (IFSS), the International Training and Careers College (ITCC) and a range of services provided on behalf of, and in close collaboration with, the University of Wollongong including UniAdvice, External Relations and the Office of Community and Partnerships. Vince is Chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Wollongong in Dubai as well as the other subsidiaries of ITC.

Prior to entering the education sector in 2008, Vince held a number of senior positions within Eurotherm plc, which became a subsidiary of Invensys plc, including Global VP Sales and Marketing and VP Asia Pacific. During this time he ran a portfolio of businesses across Hong Kong & China, India, Japan, Korea and Australia, involving him in major capital projects across the full spectrum of industries as diverse as Life Sciences & Biotechnology, Energy & Resources, Manufacturing and Services. He has also run his own consulting business, working with a range of international clients. Vince has lived, studied and worked in Europe, North America, Japan and Australia.

Vince holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Engineering from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom, completed the European Union's Executive Training Program in Japan, and holds an Executive MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland, frequently ranking as Europe’s leading executive education business school.
