Keys and Electronic Access

Approval for the issue of keys or electronic access is provided by the Head of Unit. Applications approved by the Head are forwarded to the Facilities Management Service Centre and processed within three working days upon receipt.

Collection notices are forwarded to the staff member or student concerned.  Identification cards must be produced on collection.
