These time restrictions are monitored.

 Short-term Parking Station - Open 24 Hours (Multi-storey Carpark)

Parking attendants may open the carpark for casual parking.  Parking attendants will communicate whether the carpark is open to casual parking by placing signs out to indicate casual parking is welcome.
 Carpooling 'Free 4 Three' Parking

 Free 30 Minute Parking
Short stay visitors to the campus, such as students dropping off assignments or returning library books, may utilise the Short-term Parking Station. The first 30 minutes at this carpark is free.

If you stay longer than 30 minutes, a time-based fee applies. (See Fees: Short-term Parking rates.) If you park outside the Short-term Parking Station without a valid entry permit, or a Pay & Display ticket, then you risk being fined.
 Permit Ownership/Entitlements
A UOW or Motorcycle entry permit does not guarantee the holder a parking space. Entry permits are a licence issued to an individual to access and remain on the property of the University. The University may revoke at any time an individual’s licence to access university grounds or parking areas. Entry permit ownership is not transferable. Failure to abide by these rules may result in the cancellation of the permit and termination of an individual’s licence to access campus parking areas.
