Electricity Management & PIP's
The Performance Indicators Project (PIP) Team together with the Environmental & Sustainability Initiatives (ESI) Unit have developed the Electricity Management Reporting Project, enabling the ability to analyse and identify trends in Electricity Usage across campus through the Performance Indicators Reporting System.
The ability to analyse Electricity Usage across Campus
Some of the benefits that PIP’s Electricity Management Reporting module include:
- Analysing Electricity Usage across campus and "your building".
- Analysing information across each hour of the day and highlight trends of Usage.
- Reporting on the result of any initiatives undertaken.
- Understanding the relationship between electricity usage and CO2 emissions.
Coming Up…
Following up from the Electricity Usage Reporting Phase, the Performance Indicators Project team is now in the process of developing reporting around Gas and Water at the University. Both these initiatives are due for release by the end of August and November 2009 respectively.
