Ticket Ballot for UOW staff and current UOW students - Win tickets and be part of the action!

Be Bowled over by Adam Gilchrist and friends at the University of Wollongong’s Stumping Serious Diseases celebrity cricket match. UOW staff and students are being offered the opportunity to enter a ticket ballot for the chance to win tickets to the celebrity cricket match featuring UOW ambassador Adam Gilchrist including Australian cricketers and celebrities being held on Saturday 15th October 2011.

And it’s all for a great cause – raising money for all-important medical research at UOW.

Time: 12noon to 4pm (match starts at 1pm)
Location: Oval 1, (adjacent to URAC), UOW

TICKET BALLOT INFORMATION

• Ticket Ballot opens 16th September 2011 and closes Friday 7th October
• Entry is open to permanent UOW staff and current UOW students
• Entry is via the online form for UOW Staff (located on the UOW staff intranet) or Current UOW students (located on SOLS: Student Forms)
• You are entering to win up to 4 tickets
• One entry per person allowed
• Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on Monday 10th October  from all entries received
• Winners will be notified via email and sent tickets prior to the match
• Tickets are non-transferable and required for entry to the grounds on the day of the match
• If unable to attend, winners are requested to return tickets and notify the Office of Community & Partnerships via community@uow.edu.au
• Once registered, ticket holders will receive a lanyard to sit in the ‘Community’ section and a ‘showbag’ containing water, refreshments and giveaways
• Food and drinks will also be available for purchase during the match at the Health Bar café located inside URAC
• Game on rain, hail or shine...
