Troubleshooting

The roll out of the new recoded templates will occur in a phased approach. Over the next fortnight, you will notice sites slowly changing over and on Thursday 21 March, the main site uow.edu.au will go live. 

Final testing on March 21 will mean the main UOW site will be unavailable for a brief period over lunch. Please contact the ECM team on x 3075 if you feel this will cause any issues for your Faculty/Unit.

Windows Refresh

To force a page refresh from a computer using a MS Windows based operating system, simply hit Control + F5.

MAC OS Refresh

To force a page refresh from a computer running an Apple operating system, hit Command + Shift + R.
