The Student Residence Manager, Alison Hemsley, provides a professional and specialised network through which all residents can seek knowledge, care and guidance. Lindsay Oades, former Student Residence Manager is still very much involved in the strategic direction of International House. Alison and Lindsay were recently awarded a Vice-Chancellors General Staff Award for Outstanding Contribution to Teaching and Learning for the iLIVE Program at International House.
Mr Fiore Costa is the Assistant Student Residence Manager for both International House and Kooloobong. Fiore has extensive experience both living and working in student accommodation holding a range of Student Leader roles before obtaining the Assistant Student Residence Manager position in Accommodation Services in late 2011.

Student Leadership Team
A unique aspect of residence living at International House is the strong involvement from residents in the International House management. This is done through the Student Leadership team, which provide peer support through their roles as Resident Life Coordinators, Resident Program Coordinators, Mentors, Student Development Assistants, Information Technology Assistants and Office Assistants.
