Temporary Accommodation
If you have made no accommodation arrangements, privately managed temporary or short-term accommodation is available in Wollongong. It is essential that you make a booking.
Private Accommodation
If you like a truly independent lifestyle, an option you might like to consider is private shared or single rental accommodation. Alternatively, you might consider fully catered accommodation with on-site management.
Homestay Accommodation
If you prefer a family oriented life-style and like the idea of living with a local family in the area, the Homestay Accommodation could be the choice for you. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the company of children, family pets (if you wish) and other extended family members.
Shared Accommodation
If you want to live independently but want to share the costs of living while meeting new people, shared accommodation is a great option for you.
Short Stay Accommodation
University managed accommodation for short stay guests or visiting staff is available on campus within the residences or at the University Lodge.
Conference and Holiday Accommodation
The residences offer accommodation for conference and other guests from the end of November to the middle of February each year.

Due to increasing demand, if you are interested in UOW Living for the Spring Semester 2012 or Autumn Semester 2013, it is strongly advisable that you apply as early as possible.

NEW LIVING OPTIONS FOR 2012
Marketview - This self catered residence has recently joined the UOW Living offering and is conveniently located in the heart of the city. Rooms are motel style and the free gong Shuttle is only minutes away. Apply Online through the Accommodation Portal.
Alternate living options in 2012:
Wollongong Surf Leisure Resort (WSLR), affiliated to UOW, ideal for singles, couples and families with young children, offers fully self contained motel style units. Apply Online through the UOW Accommodation Portal
Women's College Wollongong is a small, fully catered, women only residence. For more information and to apply go to: Women's College Wollongong
