Mandatory Disclosure - Open Access Information

UOW is required by the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (“GIPA Act”) to publish open access information on its website, free of charge (unless doing so would impose an unreasonable additional cost to UOW).

Open access information is comprised of:

• Information about UOW’s  structures and functions
• Policy documents
• General details of unpublished open access information (information that UOW cannot publish because it would be against the public interest)
• Publication Guide
• Disclosure Log
• Register of UOW Contracts
• Annual Reports
